National Centre for Technology in EducationThe National Centre for Technology in Education is an Irish Government agency established to provide advice, support and information on the use of information and communications technology (ICT) in education.

 

 

Irish Centre for Talented YouthThe Centre for Academic Achievement (CAA) programme has allowed over 900 primary school students, from socio-economically disadvantaged areas of Dublin to attend special after school classes at Dublin City University since its establishment in 2006. This programme is a collaboration between the ACCESS Service and Irish Centre for Talented Youth (CTYI) at Dublin City University.

 

Galway Education CentreGalway Education Centre is part of the network of learning communities where teachers are empowered to achieve their full potential as professional educators.. The Galway Education Centre has been involved in a number of innovative teaching initiatives including T4 and Robotics Ireland – FIRST LEGO – International program for children aged 9-16, featuring an interactive robotics program and research presentation in a sports-like atmosphere.

 

  The mission of the Digital Enterprise Research Institute is to exploit semantics for people, organisations, and systems to collaborate and interoperate on a global scale.

 

 

Discover Science & Engineering (DSE) is Ireland’s national science promotion programme. The aim of DSE is to increase interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) among students, teachers and members of the public.
